Your privacy matters

We believe converting a file should not mean giving up your privacy. That is why the main conversion work runs on your own device, inside the browser you already use.

You do not need an account for the core conversion tools. We do not sell your files or use them to train models. Our goal is a useful service that treats your personal information with respect.

When you choose a file and an output format, your browser loads what it needs and processes the content locally. The result is created on your device so you can save it from there.

In a normal conversion, your files are not uploaded to our servers to be transformed. That lowers the chance that outsiders see sensitive material such as family photos, scans, or work data.

Some features may keep recent preferences or often-used formats in your own browser so the next visit feels smoother. That information stays on your device unless you clear it.

You decide which files to open in DeepConvert. We do not browse your hard drive or phone storage without your clear action.

After a conversion finishes, results are downloaded or remain available in the current session depending on your browser. If you work with confidential material, close the tab or remove temporary downloads when you are done.

Like most websites, when you visit deepconvert.net we may receive basic technical data: an approximate IP address, browser type, preferred language, pages viewed, and time of access.

This helps us keep the service stable, spot abuse, understand which tools are useful, and improve performance on different devices.

We do not use this information to identify you personally in a direct way, except when the law requires it or when we must protect the security of the site.

DeepConvert may show ads so the service can stay free. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads, measure views, and limit how often the same ad appears.

We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask for limited extra details only to confirm the request is genuine.

DeepConvert is not aimed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has given us personal information through the site, contact support@deepconvert.net so we can review and, where appropriate, remove that data.

We may update this privacy policy when we add features, change advertising partners, or adjust the text for legal requirements.
